As the only non-profit association exclusively focused on Appraisal, the IAUA is dedicated to elevating the Appraisal Process to higher standards. Throughout the year, we host various events to provide support and guidance on the Appraisal Process and current hot topics.

Certified Members will be recognized with an official certificate and are included in the IAUA Certified Directory.
Re-certification requires the Members to attend an IAUA event every 3 years to maintain their certification(s); no exam is required for re-certification.

Our members enjoy exclusive resources, including a developing digital policy library and sample forms, which are available only to General Members.
