Industry Experience
Mr. Allen brings over 15 years of experience in valuing damage for insurance claims and negotiating settlements with insurance companies. He has an additional four years of experience in managing and operating multi-disciplinary analytical laboratories, including overseeing their design, construction, and daily management. Mr. Allen also has an extensive 20-year background in construction management and trades.
Currently, Mr. Allen serves as a senior adjuster at Arizona Public Adjusters, LLC, where he represents policyholders with the goal of securing all benefits entitled under their insurance policies. Previously, he was an integral member of the core management team at Aerotech Laboratories, Inc., a multi-division company specializing in microbiological and chemical analysis of indoor air quality, food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, drinking water, and hazardous waste. In this role, he directed laboratory operations, including client services, testing, facilities management, special projects, and research and development.
Mr. Allen played a pivotal role in the design and construction of a BSL-3 laboratory for analyzing Bacillus anthracis during the 2001 bioterrorism response. Additionally, he contributed to industry education through publications, classroom instruction, and presentations at conventions, emphasizing effective field sampling practices that led to increased sample submissions for Aerotech Laboratories.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Brigham Young University. Throughout his career, Mr. Allen has earned multiple certifications in the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) industry and worked as an IAQ consultant for Metro Environmental Company, a leading consulting firm. His combined expertise in science and business management forms a strong foundation for leadership in insurance appraisal, construction design and build, laboratory management, and business development.
