2009 - Present - Independent Insurance Adjuster All Lines.
Handled all types of property claims, including large fire and hurricane losses. From 2009 to 2018, my area was in Southeast Florida (Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach).
From 2018 to present I have been an appraiser and an umpire. My area of operation has moved to Northern Florida. For appraisal and umpiring I handle the whole states of Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.
1993 - 2008 - Florida State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in Southeast Florida.
1992 - 1993 - Construction Estimator in Southeast Florida, including extensive repair projects after Hurricane Andrew.
