Achieved an average of 20% profit on projects, over and above the base 12% overhead. Lead estimator for multiple large-scale specialty commercial projects. Developed Energy Reconsidered as a research and development arm of Evolve Build to track energy technologies in building projects and to create and hold, patents focused on construction technology.
