Legal Issues in Appraisal - Global Perspective:
- TBA Defense Counsel and William F. "Chip" Merlin, Jr., Esq. discuss legal considerations in appraisal, fireworks may be launched.

- Who May Serve as Appraiser, Who Should?
- Unique Elements of Loss in Appraisal
- Repair vs Replace, is Causation Coverage?
- Rendering an Effective Appraisal Award - some PR takeaway
